This training addresses the emotional development of children, what impacts that developmental the enduring effects trauma can have on a child’s development and overall well-being. Key topics covered include Erik Erikson’s Eight Stages of Development, the impact of ACES on a child’s long-term prospects, the early roots of mental health wellness, and actionable ways to foster a child’s social and emotional growth. Additionally, participants will gain insights into effective approaches for handling a child’s diagnosis.
This training is for Florida residents due to collaboration with the Family Network on Disabilities.
